Andrew has worked as a Concert Tour Manager for Club Europe since 2004
and in that time has undertaken over 25 tours of students to Europe. His
approach to his duties is exemplary and the reports he receives from clients is
always excellent. To be a good Tour manager requires organizational,
interpersonal and good communication skills. I would rate Andrew as
excellent in each of these areas; skills that transfer to the work place in any
position.

I wanted to write to let you know how extremely impressed and grateful we are to Andrew for his assistance on the trip.
Andrew brought a wealth of experience of such trips and was able to positively assist in keeping the tour on track and helping with the itinerary when we were unsure.
Andrew had an extremely courteous and polite relationship with the pupils. He was also able to joke with them and advise them, yet carry out his duties in a most professional manner. This combination is rare nowadays.
Andrew's contribution to our enjoyment of the trip cannot by overstated and we wanted him to know just how much we appreciated his assistance.
If and when we go on another trip, we will certainly use Club Europe and will ask for Andrew to be our Tour Rep.

Andrew was really excellent. He was helpful and effective in every way. He worked extremely hard, and was always in the right place at the right time to give assistance and manage the tour activities. He showed initiative at all times, related very well to staff and players alike, and also to other individuals with whom we came in contact e.g. the hostel manager. He was extremely pro-active and forward thinking, anticipating problems and issues and advising/discussing accordingly.
I cannot praise Andrew more highly. It was a real pleasure working with him, and he made an enormous contribution to the success of the tour.
